Beth Ellen Holimon is now a Human Systems Dynamics Professional with the HSD Institute. Traditional, static strategic plans are not meeting the needs of the social sector; we need plans that adapt to our ever-changing world. With new tools to apply to planning in an unpredictable world, Beth Ellen is even more equipped to guide organizations through Adaptive Planning.
Beth Ellen also recently joined the board of Collateral Repair Project based in Amman, Jordan – temporary home to hundreds of thousands of refugees from many countries. Collateral Repair Project (CRP) is a grassroots effort to bring much-needed assistance to refugees and other victims of war and conflict—those commonly referred to as “collateral damage.” CRP runs an Emergency Assistance Program that provides cash assistance and food vouchers to refugees who do not have their basic needs covered. CRP also manages two vibrant community centers, where families can rebuild social ties and participate in activities where they can connect, learn, and heal together.
